Children have many qualities we can learn from. Sure sometimes they can act spoiled, immature, cry for no reason, and a bunch of other ways that can have you pulling your hair in seconds, but if we pause for a second and actually observe children in action we can see that there are many things we can learn from children. Lets begin:
1. Full of Energy
2. Full of Excitement
3. They Can be easily motivated about anything just by changing the attitude, pitch and tone of your voice
4. Not Afraid
5. Quickly Forget Bad Moments
6. Big Dreams
After 5 years teaching kids I have had the pleasure to understand child psychology and see the value of retaining some of this quality with the simple purpose of not becoming,
OLD AND UNMOTIVATED
Master Rickson Gracie one of the most accomplished and world renowned Gracies (the founder of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) said:
“In life, it is important not to lose the joy of a child.
At sea, on the beach or training at the gym, I do not lose
the will to have fun, which for me is something almost childish.”
That’s why I believe it is important to be able to make fun of oneself, and keep things always light.
If one can keep the best qualities of kids, with the best qualities self-controlled, productive, professionals adults can have
it could be an amazing mix.
