Team Third Law BJJ & MMA has come up with something that is going to give the women of Southwest Florida the best possible program to help change their lives into a more healthy and rewarding lifestyle. It is called the Women Only Boot Camp and it is professionally designed to provide high achieving fitness goals and outcomes for every woman. It is really like having a personal trainer but better! The reason I say that it’s like having a personal trainer is because the coaches realize that every person is different so they make sure to provide specific fitness goals for every individual.

Master Roberto giving a thumbs up to the hard work the women are putting in. Fire hydrants, which is where you lift your leg off the ground from the knees, may look like an easy exercise but are actually quite the challenge.
Before you even start, the Coach will give you some exercises to get a baseline of where you are at and determine what level you are.
Measurements such as height, weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), etc are also recorded.
It is important to record these so that you can see the changes and improvements from where you started out.
Every month your weight will be recorded again and also how much pushups, sit-ups, sprawls, and squats you can do in a certain amount of time.
So far the improvements have been great and everyone has come a long way from where they started. This is better than any gym or personal trainer for many reasons. Not only do you have the coaches pushing you but also very supportive women by your side, motivating you every step of the way.

Coach Joe Testing how much pushups Angela and Lillian can do on their first day of Women Only Bootcamp.
Also, it will challenge you, but in a fun way with the fact that it is never a routine in which you do the same exercises.
No, every day you walk in wondering what lies ahead, with the workouts being different every time.
The classes are early Tuesday and Thursday at six o’clock in the morning, which everyone will tell you is a great way to start the day.
It may not sound like it would be your most favorite thing to do in the morning, especially those that aren’t morning people, but if you try it you realize how good and accomplished you feel after.
So if you know of any women that would benefit or are a women in Southwest Florida please don’t miss out on this great program! Come check us out and get started on getting healthier and becoming a better you!
